10/19/12 Food log

Food Journal:

Breakfast:    
  coffee with creamer and sweetner

16oz water(chugged)

Lunch:
(free) BBQ sandwich from First National
Diet coke
handful of kettle corn

Dinner:
16oz water
Grilled chicken
small amount of mashed potatoes, corn &
Baked zucchini (from pinterest: zucchini tomato bake) I'll let you know how this turns out....looks SOO yummy!!
